          Grid Reference: SX/9312/7246
          Location: Mounted against a garden wall, on the west side of Bridge Street, Shaldon, near the entrance to the Teignmouth - Shaldon Bridge.
          Inscription: To Torquay 7M-2F-12P / Brixham 15M-2F-21P / Dartmo 17M-5F-26P / Totnes 15M-0F-21P.   Stone Type: Milestone              
  Grid Reference: SX/9244/7228              
  Location: Set against the garden wall of Farthing House, Ringmore, Shaldon and close to the entrance to the lane leading to the churchyard.              
  Inscription: The inscription is no longer legible, but would have originally read 'From Newton 5 Miles'.              
  Notes: It is understood that the original inscription was obliterated during World War II in order to avoid assisting enemy troops with navigation in the event of an invasion.

                Location: Set against the riverside wall in the River Teign, at Shaldon.
                Inscription: S N B
                Notes: I've not been able to discover what the S N B stands for and can only guess at Shaldon Bounds!

                Location: On the north west side of the A379, about 25 metres to the south west of the 30mph sign on the approach into Shaldon.

 Location: Near the river bank at Keyworth Place, Shaldon.
 Notes: The stone supports a sun dial dedicated to Adrian Chedgy.

Location: Built into the wall of the A379 at Shaldon.
Inscription: Shaldon / Diamond Jubilee Memorial / 1837 VR 1897.
